1. Overview

FunnelsMarketplace.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates two distinct offerings: (a) an exclusive marketplace where pre-built digital product and software funnels are sold once each via Escrow.com, and (b) the $27 Plug-In Funnel Kit and associated upgrades sold as non-exclusive digital training and template packages.

2. Exclusive Marketplace Listings & Escrow.com

Each exclusive marketplace listing is sold under a separate Asset Sale Agreement and settled through Escrow.com. Escrow fees are split 50/50 between buyer and seller unless otherwise stated in the signed Sale Agreement. Once an exclusive funnel closes via Escrow.com, it is marked Sold and is not resold to any other buyer.

3. Pre-Revenue & Benchmark Disclosures

Unless a listing is explicitly badged “Tested” and accompanied by historical ad spend and checkout records, all marketplace listings are pre-revenue builds with zero sales, zero traffic history, and zero email list. Modeled Average Order Value (AOV), break-even CPA, and conversion rate figures are mathematical assumptions for planning purposes only.

4. Support Scope

Marketplace listings include 14 days of technical setup support and 30 days of launch consulting from the date of handover. Support covers technical deployment and strategic advice only; we do not manage, operate, or fund the buyer's advertising accounts.
