From initial enquiry to full asset handover

Submit a quick enquiry on the funnel you are interested in (or request a custom DFY funnel build) with your planned ad budget, preferred funnel platform (systeme.io, GoHighLevel, or HTML), and target launch timeframe.
Qualify
We review your enquiry to make sure the funnel fits your technical comfort level and budget. If a listing is not right for your goals, we will tell you upfront.
Demo + prospectus
You receive the full Loom walkthrough video and Buyer Prospectus PDF detailing every software file, ebook, bump, upsell, email sequence, ad creative, and unit-economics assumption.
Sale agreement
We sign a plain-English Asset Sale Agreement listing the exact intellectual property, domain (if applicable), software/product files, and support terms included in your one-time buyout.
Escrow.com (fees split 50/50)
We open the transaction on Escrow.com with escrow fees split 50/50 between buyer and seller. You fund Escrow.com, and Escrow holds your payment safely while we deliver the assets.
Handover
Within 24 hours of escrow funding, we transfer the complete asset package: master Google Drive folder / ZIP archive, domain push, systeme.io funnel share link or GoHighLevel snapshot (plus raw HTML files), and Facebook page kit.
Release + support
Once you verify that every file in your handover package matches the prospectus, you release funds in Escrow.com. Your 14 days of technical setup support and 30 days of consulting start immediately.
Important note on what support covers
Every marketplace sale includes 14 days of technical setup support (helping you connect your domain, upload or import the funnel pages, and wire your Stripe/WarriorPlus checkout links) and 30 days of consulting (answering questions on the offer stack, campaign setup, and kill/scale rules). Support covers setup and advice, not running the buyer's ads. You remain in full control of your own ad account and media spend.
